"Cunning Carla" is one of two sleazy women (the other being "Long-Limbs Lenore") who Lieutenant Dan frolicks with on New Year's 1972. She tells Lt. Dan that he should of been at the bar for Christmas cause a man they know named Tommy bought a round on the house and gave everyone a turkey sandwhich to which Lt. Dan tells her the reason he didn't come to the bar on Christmas was because he had company (Forrest). When the ball drops Carla and Lenore kiss Forrest on the cheeks wishing him a happy new year. Afterwards Carla, Lenore, and Forrest go with Lt. Dan back to his hotel room where Carla makes out with Lt. Dan and when Forrest accidently neverously causes Lenore to fall to the ground after she tried to make out with him Carla asks Lt. Dan if Forrest is stupid or something to which Lt. Dan throws Carla on the bed and tells her to not call Forrest stupid and kicks both Carla and Lenore to which he accidently falls out of his wheelchair during the process and Carla laughs at Dan and calls him a retard and leaves with Lenore. Carla is played by Tiffany Salerno in the movie.
